Ben: Yes I know that you are offering good bikes for the price but of course they not the best! And you are offering this because you do not hold any stock or you do not have a contact person in my country or customers are buying bikes just blindly without seeing or touching it! So this is the sacrifice of the customer for the price, you guys are not special than any other good quality bike brands, you are just applying sorry miss-applying a business model.
I'm complaining because I'm reading about the orders on the bike forums, most of the people who is ordered their bike much later than me receiving their confirmations even bikes soon, and also they received special discounts in a way of apologizing. But all I get is "Wait we will send it" for 3 months.
I'm not telling you to send my bike tomorrow all I want is a accurate shipping date so I can plan what will I do, I sold my old bike 4 months ago, because when I ordered my bike your estimates are beginning of October! And I'm not be able to do my sport in these good seasons...
I'm requesting a decent solution about this, please communicate with your supervisor if necessary because I'm demanding decent discount for waiting that much and a accurate shipping date this week.
