Güzel gezi olmuş.Yürümeyi ve koşmayı ben de çok severim.Yoğun kış dolayısıyla,şu aralar biz de uzun yürüyüşler ve orta tempolu koşularla idare ediyoruz.

Ankaradayken en sevdigim parkur, TGB basindan ,TRT ormani ,Eymir golun turu ve donus; kaç kilometre bilmiyorum ama baya mesafe;
Bi de bisikletle golden TRT'ye yokusu çok seviyordum;)
 
İlginç,benim de en çok kullandığım rota bu.Eymir'in etrafı 11 km.Eymir TRT çıkışı bisikletlinin test alanı.Yer yer % 20-22 ye varan bir eğim var.Kuşadasında ise haftada 2-3 kez Söke'ye giderim.O rampalar tam antrenman oluyor.

Sayın abim, o rampaları ayağa kalkmadan çıkabiliyor musunuz? Eğer cevabınız "Evet" ise ben bu durumu "Ayakta" alkışlarım. Ancak, ayakta pedallıyor bile olsanız, yine de acaip kondisyon isteyen rampalardan bahsediyor olduğumuz için, ben "Bravo" demeden geçemeyeceğim. Yani, o rampaları pedal kesmeden bitirebilmem için tahminimce 3 Kg'lık (ki yok böyle bir şey!) bir bisikletle falan çıkmam lazım :) Hürmetler.

O zaman (4 yil once) ayağa kalkmadan çıkamiyordum ama simdi kondisyonum daha iyi.Bir daha Ankaraya gelsem zevkle denerim.
