26/05/12 Blausasc (38 km bisiklet + 30 km yuruyus)

Sabah 6da uyandim et saat 7 ceyrek ‘te bisikletimle çiktim yollara.
Birkaç gun once Blausasc koyun’de birkaç trail (daglarda kosu) olacagini ogrendim ve biri (30 km olan) tek basina (yarismadan) yapmayi karar verdim.
Once bisikletle 18 km sonra 30 km yuruyus (1460 metre yukseklik farki) ve sonra 18 km bisikletle Nice’in donusu.
Guzel bir gun geçti ama yurumekten ayaklara acidim.
Yuruyus 8 buçuk ‘ta basladim ve 14,45’te bitti. 30 km trail’in starti kaçirdim ama 16 km trail start’in fotolari çektim.
